At HÅG Office, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating solution. If your chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Disassemble the chair carefully and place it back into its original protective packaging to ensure the item remains undamaged during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and schedule a courier collection or drop it off at an authorized shipping center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
